Le Silla offers a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery, ensuring your luxury footwear experience remains effortless. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Request Authorization

Log into your account or use the 'Order Status' link to submit a return request and obtain your unique Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Le Silla dust bags and shoebox, ensuring they are securely packed inside the original shipping carton.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the pre-printed return shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your return to our Italian atelier.
